Mixed baby field greens
1 avocado
handful of blueberries
handful of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup or so sprouted green lentils (if you have them on hand)
half a cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil whisked with 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
